Auto Data ... Quick Lube - Car Wash Software (POS, Point of Sale) - Fast Lube Invoices

Wash, Lube, Detail & Tuneup

Pos-i-Plus - One Solution / One User Interface for all

If operating a full service car wash, express wash, detail center, or you offer tune-up, tire, and light repair services in addition to your quick lube services, Auto Data has tailored a solution to meet your point-of-sale needs, too. Incorporating all the features and benefits of our quick lube solution, Pos-i-Plus offers many additional features to meet the needs of your multi-profit center operation.

Sales Reports by Profit Center

When your store offers a variety of products and services, such as a car wash and quick lube services, or quick lube and tune-up services, or even all three on the same location, having the capability to analyze the performance of each business center separately is essential. Knowing which center is performing well, or under-performing, allows you to better concentrate your management resources and make better business decisions. Instead of being forced to lump all service offerings into one profit category, you assign each service a profit center. Your costs such as parts and labor, as well as coupons and discounts are also segregated by profit center. With Pos-i-Plus, every sales report generated gives you an accurate picture of the performance of each profit center as well as the big picture of your entire operation.

Multiple Cash Out Locations

When you have a business with multiple profit centers or high-volume, a single cashout station may be inadequate to meet your needs. Pos-i-Plus supports multiple cash drawer stations. Each station produces a separate cash drawer audit and daily deposit report to maintain employee accountability, and its transactions are synchronized with the main computer server to integrate recorded sales with shop totals.

Non-Stocked Parts

If your shop performs tune-ups or light repairs, it is impractical to stock every possible part needed to service every vehicle. Invoicing and tracking the purchases of non-stocked parts is done on the fly directly in the point-of-sale. There is no need to enter them into the store inventory.

Non-Stocked Parts Reporting

When an invoice from your parts vendor arrives, you can compare it with your Non-Stocked Parts Report to verify that the bill matches your sales records. Purchases of non-stocked parts are sorted by vendor and date so you can clearly and easily see where and when each non-stocked part was purchased.
